J&G Advisory respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process through this website, why we process it, and which rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
This website has no user accounts, no newsletter and no advertising. We only receive personal data when you contact us yourself.
- Contact form: your name, your organisation (optional), your email address and the content of your message.
- Direct contact: any data you include when you write or call us.
- Technical server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and availability purposes.
Why we use it
We use the information you send solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible assignment. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
Legal basis
Answering your enquiry is based on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR). Where an assignment follows, processing is based on the performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a reasonable business record, after which they are deleted. Data relating to an actual assignment is kept for the statutory retention periods applicable in Belgium.
Who else may see it
We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions, in particular our website hosting provider and our email provider. Assessment and development work carried out under a client assignment is governed by a separate agreement with that client.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing. Write to j.Dekeyser@jdkhrconsulting.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
